We are seeking a Groundskeeper to help us maintain our property's beauty. Ideal candidates like working outdoors, pay attention to details and are interested in learning about property maintenance.

The Job: Our Porters/Groundskeepers are hard worker’s, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in our communities. The position requires heavy lifting, extensive walking and climbing. Duties include:

Maintain the flower beds, plants and grass

Pick up trash

Clean pools (if there is one on site)

Remove snow (as applicable)

Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness.

Assist maintenance team with make-ready's and work orders.

The Details: Our Porters/Groundskeepers should have:

High School diploma or equivalent

Must be detail-oriented.

Must have good organizational skills.

Must be eager to learn new things.

Must be able to lift 75 pounds.

At least one year of previous experience in a similar position

Must have some understanding of Maintenance work.

Must be outgoing/ personable.

Must be flexible/ adaptive.

Must be a hard worker.

Snow Removal is required.

Ability to work in outdoor conditions (cold and heat)

On-call for snow removal purposes when needed.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8 am - 5 pm
