Bill Dube Ford Toyota is looking for an energetic and motivated person to lead our Business Development Center. Applicants must be self-motivated, with high energy, enthusiastic, dependable, and results driven. We need people who have the ability to work as team players as well as independently, with little to no direction after completing a professional training program. This is a full-time position with a base salary and unlimited commission potential!

Our candidate needs to have the attitude, work ethic and beliefs of the dealership owner. The BDC is the voice of our dealership in the community.

Responsibilities:* Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone,email, or text.* Be a liaison between customers and the service department.* Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects.* Must be comfortable with computers programs and smart devices.* Motivate and lead a team of professionals!

Qualifications:* Customer Service and/or sales/service experience preferred* Excellent communication skills.* Upbeat personality* Automotive Service experience a plus* Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required* Assure all scheduled service appointments are solidly confirmed
