Salary: $16.00-$20.00

Hampton Inn of Selma, is currently searching for a remarkable Front Desk Agent. Responsibilities:

Exceed Guest Expectations by: Providing a warm welcome Making the visit memorable Own it!

Acting as an Ambassador to guests

Deliver Quality Everyday Communicate with a Smile

Project a hospitable Demeanor Demonstrate teamwork Keep it clean and safe

Attempting to resolve complaints immediately

Follow proper cash / check / credit card/ AR control procedures

Follow SOPs for registering guests

Follow requests by Sales Department for up-selling, marketing packages

Requirements:

Professional and ethical

Excellent customer service skills

Quick learner and hard worker

Team players and ability to get along with others.

Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length.

Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning/inspection tasks.
