Asset Management Analyst Salary: $60,000-$75,000
The Asset Management Analyst will work closely with the CFO, Asset Manager and others, focusing on:
Underwriting of new acquisition and development opportunities
Refinancing analysis
Calculating investment risks and opportunities
Leasing proformas and scenario analysis
Monitoring market trends and investment portfolios
Closing co-ordination
Closing checklist management
Analyzing relevant legal documents to support investment decisions
Document reviews
Budget and timeline management
Assisting in investment reporting to ensure accuracy
Asset Management Analyst Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
2 years Analyst or Asset Management experience
Understanding of real estate principles and practices
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Experience in Rent Manager Property Management software preferred
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills and a keen eye for detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening
Self-starter and independent worker
Proficient in understanding various real estate areas including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, etc.
Be able to work in a collaborative, high energy manner
Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation
