Printful’s Finance & Accounting Team works on budgeting, forecasting, accounting, taxes, cash management, and more. The team plays a vital role in most transactions and provided support in becoming the first privately owned company with Latvian roots to achieve unicorn status (valued at over $1 billion).

Our team’s mission is to help Printful make smarter, data-backed business decisions by translating large data sets into insights, comments, and recommendations.

Your responsibilities will entail:

Leading budgeting and forecasting processes for Printful Group, ensuring accuracy and alignment with objectives

Preparing and reviewing regular and ad hoc reports, including management reporting presentations for the management team, board, and external stakeholders

Continuously striving to improve the quality and efficiency of the reporting process

Overseeing monthly cost reports for departments and collaborating on improving cost management practices

Collaborating closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate data according to management reporting and budgeting principles

Cultivating a collaborative environment across teams to streamline processes and optimize data accuracy

Managing a team of three business analysts, empowering them to deliver actionable insights for budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and management reporting

What we expect from you:

Degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or a related field

3+ years experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, or audit, ideally in an advanced analyst or controller capacity

Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and providing actionable insights

Excellent communication and presentation abilities for clear, understandable reports

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills

Mentoring and leadership experience

Ownership mindset and problem-solving attitude

Excellent written and spoken English

Experience with ERP tools will be considered as an advantage.
