Degree or Diploma in Business Development, Marketing, Sales or Business Administration
Highly knowledgeable in business development and sales processes, targets, KPI’s, budgeting, pipeline management as well as commercial terms and conditions and contract law. Understanding of estimating processes – i.e.: material take-offs, material costs, labour calculations and productivity rates, budget build-ups, scheduling, risk and execution planning. Strong presentation, negotiating and closing skills. Strong understanding of structural and platework steel fabrication, design/connections, modularization and erection practices.
