Now we are looking for a Rewards Manager (CEE and MEA), you will be a part of our Global HR team.

Your Impact on the Mission:

Design, implement and manage a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy and programs including work/life balance programs and modern benefits for the geography under responsibility ensuring alignment with the business objectives and the Global C&B Policy.

Prepare annual people budget and total rewards budget for the region under supervision. Conduct deviation analysis on a monthly basis.

Maintain job grading and salary structuring in the designated region, benchmarking externally and aligning internally.

Manage salary review during annual review cycle and off-cycle requests for the designated region, with close collaboration with the Regional HR Manager and HR Business Partners.

Ensure and validate short term incentives calculation and payments including, but not limited to, sales incentives, quarterly and annual bonuses. Work in strict collaboration with Business Areas to define short incentive programs measures, KPIs and assess its effectiveness.

Make sure that compensation and benefits programs are administered according to the existing policies and procedures.

Create policies and procedures for programs under C&B responsibility that are aligned with Company practices and compliant with local legislation. Make sure they are up to date and reflect current processes.

Drive the local implementation of HRIS an compensation module and make sure all HR systems are up to date and accurate.

Responsible for keeping up with labor regulations which affect C&B, ensuring compliance in the regions under responsibility.

Participate in C&B and Human Resources global projects as required.

Support Regional HR Business Partner in Performance Evaluation cycle as needed.

What You’ll Bring to The Table:

7+ years of combined experience in Compensation and Benefits, Human Resources management and people budget in a multi-national environment.

Strong analytical skills including the proficient use of Excel spreadsheets.

Accuracy, attention to details.

Fluency in English.

University degree.
