Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a skilled Restaurant manager.to join our team on international cuisine restaurant.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of restaurant.

Responsibilities - Coordinate daily front of the house and back of the house restaurant operations -Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.

-Manage and mentor staff, including scheduling training and performance evolutions -Respond efficient and accurate to customer complains -Regularly review product quality and research new vendors -Organize and supervise shifts Requirements -At least 5years of experience in the similar role with the experience in international cosine preferred.

-Strong leadership and management skills -Ability to create and execute menu plans that reflect the restaurant cuisine and brand.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

-Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
