SAGE X3 Upgrade Manager - Up to $150k base + benefits/bonus USD - Top Tier SAGE Solution Provider in North America

We are seeking a dynamic Sage X3 Upgrade Manager to play a pivotal role in the expanding practice. The successful candidate will be instrumental in strategizing and implementing release installations and upgrades for current Sage X3 clients. This role is crucial in ensuring that my client continues to deliver outstanding packaged services and fosters strong, enduring relationships with clients by elevating service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and enhance upgrade methodologies to set the Sage X3 practice apart from the competition.

Ensure the profitability of upgrade services and maintain 80% of Sage X3 clients on supported software versions.

Act as a liaison for managing licenses between Sage/current clients and oversee third-party service compatibility.

Develop and implement best practices for patch operations, promoting efficiency and automation across all practices.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and promote compelling subscription models for Sage X3 services.

Establish, track, and analyze KPIs to gauge the impact of upgrade programs on sales cycles and client engagement.

Job Requirements:

Profound knowledge of the Sage X3 application landscape or similar enterprise-level applications.

Capability to rapidly assimilate information about Sage X3, its partner ecosystem, and competitive dynamics.

Results-driven with exceptional time management skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in ERP software product delivery, with a track record of leading successful new deployment or upgrade projects.

Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset, with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent team leadership abilities, capable of influencing without direct authority.

Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
