Salary: $115K- $165K (Salary + Commission)

Title: Regional Territory Representative

Job description: As a Regional Territory Representative at Theralogix, you will hold a crucial role in aiding the Sales Division in the development and management of a substantial territory. Your focus will be on promoting Theralogix products to medical offices, providing excellent education and customer service, and assisting in implementing the sales strategy for your designated region. This position entails a combination of in-office visits, virtual meetings, continuing communication, and travel within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and Identify source of new physician offices. This may include medical conferences, group purchasing organization, medical associations, and networking.

Work with the VP of Sales to identify a strategy to develop business within the region. This will include sourcing of new physicians, communication strategy, outreach, and development of territory.

Work with VP of Sales to Prioritize opportunities and develop and execute action plans to grow business.

Call on physician / provider offices to detail HCPs and staff on Theralogix products. This can include office visits, virtual visits, phone calls and email.

Respond to inquiries and requests.

Ensure offices have supplies and materials needed to recommend Theralogix products.

Set up new offices and train staff on how to make referrals.

Meet with sales manager, Operations, and Marketing teams to plan and execute the territory sales strategy.

Travel either with regional sales manager or independently to support physician offices.

Coordinate sales events such as lunches, breakfasts, virtual meetings, presentations.

Attend regional medical conferences as an exhibitor. Set up and work at booth during exhibit hours.

Typical Work Week:

At Theralogix, the work week is designed to be flexible, allowing you to seize opportunities that present themselves within your territory. We understand that schedules may vary, so here's an example of what a typical work week might include:

Monday and Friday office days, emailing and calling on offices. This may include assisting them with ordering supplies, scheduling visits, and checking in with key staff.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday are travel or territory days. Travel may be with a manager or independently. Travel may include overnight stays in hotels, flights and driving depending on the territory.

Expectations:

Sales reps should expect that 40% to 50% of their work will be travel.

Expect to connect each week with sales manager to discuss strategy, activities, and results.

Responsibilities within territories:

Sales reps will participate in high value activities:

Setting up new offices

Lunches and presentations

Medical conferences and exhibits

Visits to key practices. Some visits to these practices may be with the sales manager, most visits will be independent.

Expect to perform administrative tasks to maintain an independent business:

Follow up email messages to key admin staff in large offices checking in on supplies/samples.

Order samples when necessary and enroll new physicians to the practice as necessary.

Sending mass email messages when appropriate.

Data analysis and creating of leads/identifying new providers in territory and in support of strategic initiatives, call strategy, lead follow up, conference follow up, etc.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders professionally.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
