Sheeter Operator

Job Description

Diamond Packaging, a global leader specializing in developing innovative and sustainable packaging solutions, is currently recruiting a 2nd Shift Sheeter Operator to join our team.

Primary responsibility is to convert roll stock accurately and efficiently to sheet form based on job specification. Ensures that the rolls are being properly loaded into the back stand and that the material has been properly threaded into the sheeter. Fill out all logs accurately, ensuring that all information concerning load designation and linear footage is correct.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Mechanical aptitude, and ability to read, write and communicate clearly with other departments.

Ability to efficiently use hand jacks and motorized hand trucks

Must be able to read a tape measure.

Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 40lbs.

Must be organized and self-motivated.

Availability to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
