Accounts head

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field

Proven experience as an Accountant with 12 to 15 years of experience

Strong knowledge of tax regulations, including GST and TDS

Proficient in using accounting software, such as Tally.

Excellent understanding of financial statements and accounting principles

Ability to analyze data and provide useful insights.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage all accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

Prepare and analyze financial statements on a monthly basis.

Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in tax filing.

Perform bank and account reconciliation.

Handle accounts payable and receivable.

Process and record financial transactions in Tally or similar software.

Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.

Conduct regular audits to ensure financial integrity and accuracy.

Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and controls.

Provide support in financial analysis and reporting as required.
