Sustainability Lead required for a leading technical manufacturer who boasts a fantastic reputation with their sector. They are well established and have huge plans for growth over the next 12 months. They offer excellent development and progression opportunities for the successful applicant.

As the Sustainability Lead, you'll be responsible for crafting and implementing the sustainability communication strategy internally. This includes conducting training sessions and running internal marketing campaigns to influence employee behaviour positively. Staying informed about industry standards, technical developments, and market trends will be essential, ensuring that sustainability efforts remain in line with company targets.

Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting the business with quantitative analysis of environmental impacts, enabling informed decision-making across the organisation. As the primary point of contact for sustainability-related issues, you'll play a central role in promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the company. Representing the interests of all departments on sustainability matters, you'll foster collaboration and alignment to drive progress towards their goals.
