As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various construction projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects, while adhering to strict timelines and budgets. Your contributions will directly impact the overall success of each project and contribute to the growth and reputation of the company.

Requirements:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering.

1-2 Years experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager.

Project Engineer Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and timelines.

- Manage and monitor project progress, including budget, schedules, and resources.

- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

- Review and analyze project specifications, blueprints, and drawings.

- Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.

Project Engineer Essential Job Functions:

- Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimations for materials and labor.

- Assist in the procurement process by soliciting bids and analyzing vendor proposals.

- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards.

- Resolve any project conflicts and address issues in a timely and effective manner.

- Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and logs.

Skills:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in construction software and tools (AutoCAD, Primavera, etc.).
