Skills and Responsibilities:

• Hands on years of Salesforce experience in Sales, Service Domain

• Hands on years of experience in Data Migration projects

• Prepare a Technical design for the user stories assigned and develop Apex code accordingly.

• Provide work effort estimates on the user stories.

• Conduct demo calls with businesspeople.

• Perform code deployment to higher environments using Copado deployment tool.

• Guide business users while they perform their testing in a testing environment.

• Troubleshooting and fixing the UAT / Production bugs.

• Write Apex batch classes to make the processes automated with integrating the application with other third-party tools as per the requirements.

• Load data into the Salesforce objects.

• Perform data activities using Microsoft Excel and Access to filter required data.

• Delete data from the objects as per the User’s requirements.

• Prepare plan for data activities (Insert, Update, Upsert, Delete)

• Prepare technical and functional documentation as per the requirements.

• Create Test classes and perform testing for the code and functionality.

• Vlocity experience is an added advantage
