Experience Required
• Ability to support ECC and S4 HANA 1909
• Knowledge of P2P processes
• Configuration of Accounts Payable module including automatic payment program, DME
• Strong experience in FICO
• Troubleshooting the PTP issues o Knowledge of Electronic Bank Statement Configuration.
• Knowledge of In-House Cash is a must
• Ability to work and troubleshoot EDI scenarios
• Good knowledge of Interfaces with third party systems.
• Integration with MM and FI.
• Good understanding of chargebacks from a vendor perspective.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be willing to work on project or support work (DevOps) as the situation demands
Roles & Responsibilities
• Ability to drive resolution for tickets created independently Interact with Business and IT teams as necessary to drive resolution of issues.
• Handle interfaces with third party systems.
