JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist manager to oversee the sales administration team.
Handle sales administration function relating to under construction and completed projects.
Guide subordinates and monitor the progress of work assigned to subordinates.
Ensure up-to-date and accurate information posted in the IFCA system.
Ensure all enquiries, correspondences, and complaints are attended timely and satisfactorily.
Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, financiers, and other parties on loan documentation, payment, etc.
Liaise with relevant parties in resolving issues related to sales administration.
Assist manager in finalizing end-financing, SPA plans, compact disc, etc. prior to launching.
Ensure timely collection of payment.
Ensure relevant records for projects are properly kept.
Prepare and/ or compile reports as and when required.
Attend to any other tasks assigned by the Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possess a Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
At least 7 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Familiar with sales administration, IFCA software, and Microsoft Office applications.
