How you will make contributions that matter
Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader, you will be part of the reliability team responsible for servicing, repairs, and maintenance at our manufacturing site in Allansford.
We're looking for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn new skills. A focus on safe work practices and a positive attitude to delivering quality work is essential.
Contribute to the reliability teams’ goals of increasing production uptime reducing manufacturing downtime and controlling maintenance costs
Work on planned and preventative maintenance.
Ensure plant and equipment servicing, repairs and paperwork are completed.
Identify opportunities for improvement.
Compliance with quality and safety processes.
About you
Mechanical Trade or Mechanical Engineering qualified or equivalent
Working experience as a Fitter / Maintenance role within FMCG industry.
Relevant trade skills and experience with industrial, automated, and robotic manufacturing equipment – maintenance/service and repairs.
Fault finding experience and ability to solve problems.
Ability to work well within a team and able to do shift works
Experience with SAP / CMMS is desirable.
