SITE ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

Scout, negotiates, and documents all potential gasoline station sites

Secures and attends to all local and or provincial government permit in relation to the consent and approval of the proposed gasoline station.

Conducts initial site assessment for both station sales potential and land ownership of the identified station.

Completes the site folder checklist for endorsement and approval

Qualifications:

Graduate of any Business related course

With at least 1 year related work experience

Good interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written

With good negotiation and presentation skills

Can drive both manual and automatic

Willing to travel and handle Northwest Luzon area

Can start immediately
