We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Email Support Agents to join our team. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing timely and professional email support. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all timesQualifications: At least 1yr experience in email managementProficiency with different email management software, preferably ZendeskCommitted and willing to be assigned in any Site.
