We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Email Support Agents to join our team. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing timely and professional email support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and prior experience using Zendesk or similar customer service platforms.Duties:● Attend to customer enquiries through emails (Zendesk

Stay on top of campaigns and promotional releases

Communicate customer feedback to internal / external stakeholders to champion new processes to better serve our customers

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all timesQualifications: At least 1yr experience in email managementProficiency with different email management software, preferably ZendeskCommitted and willing to be assigned in any Site.

Flexible in shifting schedules.
