CADD Operator (Precast)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To conduct reviews and analysis for creating design precast ( Paneling and connecting/joint details) shop drawing proposals.

Prepares and incorporate change order that are complicated in nature and or extensive coordination in all trades.

Coordinate with Precast Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering, Precast Operation including technical coordination with internal and external parties in clarification of details and requirements.

Preparation of 2D and 3D Model Precast Panel shop drawings (fabrication drawings including detail and casting item detailing.)

Submission of technical proposal and reports, assisting quantity take-off.

Ensures drawing and design meets applicable standards.

Design new components and develop components utilizing 2D and 3D CAD modeling and techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, BS Architecture, BS Architectural Drafting, BS Drafting, and BS Graphic Major in Architectural Technology.

At least (1) year experience related or equivalent.

Knowledgeable in Architectural and Structural construction drawings to read analyzes.

Proficient in the use of various AutoCAD version 2D and 2D render and Microsoft Office application.
