Employee Relations Manager duties and responsibilities
- Addresses complaints from employees
- Improves HR policies and the way the company treats employees to improve team relationships
- Ensures the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.
- Partners with senior business stakeholders and HR teams to develop and implement Employee Relations best practices and policies.
- Handles employee complaints, manages grievance procedures, and facilitates counseling with other stakeholders.
- Investigates and resolving complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collates and analyzes employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.
- Upholds the company’s code of conduct/ discipline and imposes the appropriate penalties and sanctions.
Qualifications
- You have a Degree in Human Resources/ Psychology/Employee Relations/ Labor Law or a related field.
- You have prior experience in employee relations, industrial relations or labor law.
- You have strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures.
- You have in-depth knowledge of employment legislation.
- You are approachable and possess strong communication.
- You have strong problem-solving, negotiation & influencing skills.
- You are willing to travel to our stores on a regular basis and to resolve issues with employees in person

Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php38,000.00 per month
