DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, designs, and administers building projects, knowledgeble in architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems.
Procedures conceptual plans, renderings, and documents
Define project needs and requirements, including tracking progress and costs, and keeping them informed.
Manage engineering projects and deliver them on time.
Report to immediate head weekly construction progress.
Conduct site inspection and make recommendations.
Any other task may be assigned by the Immediate Head.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensed Architect
With a background on civil, elictrical, and/or mechanical engineering works;
At least ten to twelve (10-12) years' experience in construction contracting, designing, and planning business management and contract administration and knowledge on other construction business matters in a managerial or supervisory capacity;
With 40 hours COSH
Preferably have a knowledge on IT-related terminologies.
Must be willing to be based in BGC Taguig
Candidate must be 35-42 years old
At least 3 years experience on constructing residential and/or high-rise buildings and infrastructure projects.
SKILLS:
Produces construction documents using AutoCAD and any BIM software application.
Compensation: 30,000 - 45,000 with HMO upon regularization
