Job Requirements:

• Any relevant internships in HR-related roles is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and/or employee relations is a plus

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written

• Able to work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively

• Answer inquiries via phone, email, and texts in a professional manner

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or a college diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource, or related field

• Preferably residing in the vicinity of Alabang, such as within Muntinlupa itself, Cavite, Laguna, and other nearby locations
