Qualifications:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education or a related field.

• Possesses relevant teaching certifications, such as TESOL or TEFL is a bonus.

• Demonstrates a proven track record of ESL teaching experience, with a minimum of 1 year of classroom or online teaching. Previous experience in a language school, language center, or online teaching platform is an advantage.

• Exhibits exceptional communication skills with a clear and neutral accent, enabling effective verbal and written communication.

• Presents a warm and approachable personality that fosters a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Displays an engaging and dynamic teaching style that caters to diverse learning needs.

• Demonstrates proficiency in utilizing technology for teaching, including familiarity with virtual classrooms, multimedia resources, and online teaching platforms.

• Possesses a strong understanding of English grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.

• Exhibits cultural sensitivity and awareness, adapting teaching methods to accommodate students from various linguistic backgrounds.

• Displays patience, empathy, and enthusiasm in guiding students through their language learning journey.

• Possesses effective classroom management skills, maintaining discipline while encouraging student participation and interaction.

• Shows flexibility in teaching schedules and the ability to adapt to different time zones if required.

• Holds a commitment to professional development, staying updated with the latest teaching methodologies and language teaching trends.

• Must be willing to work in our Cebu office and collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall learning experience.

• Displays a passion for fostering language acquisition and supporting students in achieving their language learning goals.
