BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for accurate implementation of member’s healthcare benefit policy, focusing on emergency cases and the delivery of superior customer service at all times in Hospital-Emergency Room setting. Emphasis on utilization management specially for assessed non-emergency cases. Report physically in the assigned Hospital-ER Dept.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support to members and evaluate emergency cases of members.
Help members with the LOA Issuance to ER Availments and apply redirection, if necessary.
Address Miscellaneous concerns and inquiries.
Endorse admitting members to Maxicare Inpatient Team.
