Job Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Senior High School Graduate or Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.

No work experience required.

Required Skill(s): KNOWLEDGE IN SALES, KNOWLEDGE IN MECHANICAL AND ELECTRONICS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE IN AUTOCAD.

Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.

Support the technical issue for customer by both in the manufacturing and at field. Support the technical training both company's room and hands on training for the field service engineer/technician. Prepare the product technical data / documentation for the service support.

Conduct diagnose and repair of all related power tools after sales.

Conduct line visit to our existing customers to check tool status.

Make quotations, service report, certificates and any related matters.
