JOB OBJECTIVES

To ensure all financial/bank transactions are kept and well documented.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Records transacted amounts per TR or PN

2. Furnishes copies of authority to debit, cash/check vouchers, BIR form No. 2307 to Accounting Department

3. Furnishes copies of authority to debit to Imports Department.

4. Encode all daily transaction to Accumatica.

5. Inquire and record banks’ exchange rates.

6. Prepares and review promissory notes, account opening forms, Secretary’s Certificates, Board Resolutions.

7. Posting and computation of LC and non-LC (DP, DF, DA) charges.

8. Transmits documents to banks (Authority to Debit, 2307, Audited Financial Statements, ITR’s, Articles & By Laws, General Information Sheet).

9. Fax files to banks (Authority to Debit, 2307).

10. Organizes files and documents.

11. Reliever during the absence of Liaison Officer.

QUALIFICATIONS

General Specification

Education : Bachelor of Science in Business Accounting, Business or Finance any related courses

Specialized Skills : Cash Handling and Monitoring requirements

Troubleshoot Daily Transaction Issues

Effectively Reconcile Cash Amounts

Processing Treasury payments

Experience : 1 – 2 years’ minimum

Competency Specification

Knowledge : Accounting procedures

Performing bank reconciliations

Good eye for details

Cash Management

Soft Skills : Negotiation Skills
