DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primarily responsible for monitoring and maintenance of all basic technician hand tools and other equipment issued to the Workshop Service personnel.
Responsible for the inventory of all hand tools issued to the technicians.
Coordinates with the Shop Supervisor for any additional tools needed or equipment for replacement.
Acts as property custodian for tools assigned and ensures that they are properly maintained, arranged and safely kept.
Ensures that workshop equipment is properly maintained and clean.
Maintains dealership’s equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
Monitors and checks sublet repair of tools and equipment or outsource repair works.
Coordinates with the Purchasing Department regarding ordering of supplies and ensures that stocks are sufficient.QUALIFICATIONS STANDARD
High school graduate with at least completion of 1 year technical /automotive vocational course.
With atleast 1 year working experience as Tool Keeper in any automotive dealerships.
