Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Monitoring the activities of the distributors and seeing to it that the distributors comply with the requirements set by the company

Developing strategic & tactical plans to augment distributors’ sales and direct hire sales personnel.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

Must have at least 3 years selling experience specializing general trade accounts and other channel of distribution preferably selling processed meat products and fast moving consumer goods.

Able to demonstrate innovation and good judgment; has sufficient problem solving and decision making skills

Excellent ability to analyze and improve work processes and policies

Works well under pressure, has professional conduct, and with good communication skills

Honest and trustworthy

Willing to work and travel within Misamis Occidental, Lanao, Zamboanga Del Sur, Zamboanga del Norte

Can start ASAP!

The chosen candidate will also have commission and incentive on top of his monthly salary.
