Cost Control Engineer

Update the labor and material costs spent in ongoing projects

Monitor if expenses are within the allocated budget per project

Forecast the cost of materials needed for various projects

Prepare documents, contracts, bill of quantities, and other necessary documents

Track changes in design for budget adjustment

Procure subcontractors who can work in the project

Measure and evaluate work done onsite

Source and select construction materials

Prepare reports and update

With 1-2 years experience as a Cost Control Engineer
