Responsibilities

Assists with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.

Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.

Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.

Maintains employee-related databases. Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company. Prepares periodic reports for the HR Head, as necessary and requested.

Provides necessary education and materials to managers and employees including workshops, manuals, employee code of conduct, and standardized reports.

Assists with the development of Human Resources policies for the company with regard to employee relations.

Partners with Operations and other departments in communicating Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws.

Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.

Advised managers and supervisors about the steps in handling Employee Relations issues.

Provides payroll processing backup support.

Performs other HR-related task as needed.

Requirements

Must possess a bachelor’s degree (4-year course) equivalent in Human Resources, Business or Organization Development or equivalent.

Must have at least 2 years of work-relevant experience particularly in Employee Relations.

Information Technology Skills.

Amenable to work in shifting schedule including graveyard.

Must be willing to render OTs when needed and to work during PH Holidays.

Must be willing to work in the office - Alabang, Muntinlupa
