Jr Cloud Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic Jr. Cloud Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with business operations and to create and optimize workflow processes.

Responsibilities:

They are all entry-level; he doesn’t need them to have any experience. They can be recent grads with education in Cloud Engineer concepts/solutions and have the ability to grasp some of the responsibilities listed below. Some Python scripting would be very nice-to-have as well. GoLang is fine too.

- cloud engineering exp. is a big plus - directly working on cloud (setting sandbox accounts) or someone passionate about working in cloud

- great communication skills - can troubleshoot with customers directly

- support all 3 public clouds - open stack vmware, GCP, Azure, AWS

- python preference, golang is nice to have ---scripting exp. (traditional devops engineer)

Qualifications:

Reviews, writes and edits codes. Conducts analysis to determine integration needs

· Researches, writes and edits documentation and technical requirements, including software design evaluation plans, test results and technical manuals

· Monitors and evaluates competitive applications and products. Reviews literature, patents and current practices relevant to the solution of assigned projects

Works with the Quality Assurance team to determine if applications fit specification and technical requirements

· Applies full use and application of engineering methodologies related to area of engineering specialty

· Displays knowledge of engineering concepts and skills and knowledge of their application in the area of specified engineering specialty

· Displays knowledge of and ability to apply, process design and redesign skills

· Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance

· Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary

· To deliver operational support according to the requirements of the Project

· Customer service skills with a positive, helpful attitude and great communication skills

· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
