Job Title: Technical Lead - Back End Software Development

Location: Hyderabad or Remote

About the Role:

As a Technical Lead specializing in Ruby, you will play a pivotal role in leading our development team towards creating innovative software solutions. We are seeking individuals with exceptional management capabilities, adept at justifying architectural decisions to both colleagues and clients. Attention to detail, effective time and workload management, as well as strong analytical and debugging skills, are paramount for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with development teams and product managers to conceptualize and refine software solutions.

2. Design robust client-side and server-side architectures.

3. Lead the development of back-end applications utilizing expertise in Ruby, Java, Node.js, and related technologies.

4. Oversee the development and management of databases and applications to ensure optimal functionality.

5. Develop and implement efficient APIs.

6. Conduct thorough testing to ensure software responsiveness and efficiency.

7. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software as necessary.

8. Implement robust security and data protection measures.

9. Design and develop features and applications with a focus on mobile responsiveness.

10. Prepare comprehensive technical documentation.

Additional Requirements:

- Proven track record as a Full Stack Developer or Backend Developer.

- Experience in developing both desktop and mobile applications.

- Proficiency in multiple back-end languages such as C#, Java, Python, and JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, and Node.js

- Familiarity with various technology stacks.

- Familiarity with multiple front-end languages and libraries such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, and jQuery.

- Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache), and UI/UX design principles.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving orientation.

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
