Parliamentary and Administrative Research Institute (PARI) is an organization established in 2017 with a focus on conducting research on parliamentary and administrative issues in India. PARI also provides capacity-building courses on various subjects, such as Parliamentary Procedure, Public Policy Management, Public Health Policy Administration, Anti-Corruption, and Vigilance Management. These courses are designed to enhance the skills and efficiency of officers working in Ministries/Departments, Autonomous bodies, and PSUs under the central government. Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Training Coordinator at PARI Training Institute in New Delhi. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for soliciting trainees, coordinating and facilitating training programmes, developing training materials/modules, and assessing training needs. They will also communicate with stakeholders, organize training sessions, and evaluate training effectiveness.
Qualifications
Training Coordination, Training & Development, and Employee Training skills
Strong communication, English speaking and interpersonal skills
Ability to create and deliver effective training programs
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience in training needs assessment and evaluation
Master's degree in a relevant field/ MBA.
