Collaborating with management to identify training needs of government institutions, universities, and corporates. Development & evaluation (updating & benchmarking) of new certifications/courses for the institution. Job Description:

Position: Technical Trainer

Experience: 6+ Yrs

Location: Pune, Mumbai, Gujarat

• Delivering basic and advanced Cyber Security training related to VAPT, FORENSICS, MALWARE ANALYSIS & REVERSE ENGINEERING, OSINT, NETWORK & DATABASE SECURITY, SOC.

• Evaluating and grading technical training assessments and conducting regular feedback (Post Training).

• Categorizing areas of improvement at an individual or group level and providing solutions to students/officers based on individual observations and student performance data.

• Liaising with various teams/departments of clients (Universities/engineering colleges/corporates

IT/non-IT) to create or customize modules for their respective programs (Modular/joint

degree/workshop).

• Development & evaluation (updating & benchmarking) of new certifications, courses, and workshops, including planning, designing, and developing curriculum materials, processes, and best practices acknowledged to be highly effective in improving the skillsets of cybersecurity learners & the use of technology.

• Designing and implementing appropriate e-learning strategies like the establishment of Cyber Security Labs with optimal cost for Institution’s Students.

• Updating knowledge of Information security life cycle, policies, processes, and standards.

• Conducting effective induction and orientation sessions to convert/initiate academy projects.

• Liaising with existing clients (universities/corporates) for conducting smooth trainings. Coaching and developing existing resources to ensure their primary functions.

• Additional Responsibilities: Research & development, conducting trainings, managing teams, designing new programs as per industry requirements, and keeping track of the latest developments in Cyber Security.

• Quick Heal Certification will be an added advantage.

Required Skills:

• B.Tech./B.E. in IT/Computer Science or a Master’s Degree in IT/Computer Science (preferably from an elite college/university).

• Prior experience of working with universities or educational institutions.

• A minimum of 5 to 6 years' experience in training, curriculum development, and benchmarking in the field of Cyber Security (Assistant Professor/Lecturer of a UGC-approved university shall be preferred.).

• Research & development, conducting trainings, curriculum development, bench marking, knowledge of VAPT, Network Security, forensics, database security, cyber threat hunting etc.

• Instructional delivery and classroom management during training create an effective learning

environment and expertise in ongoing assessment to monitor student learning.

• Prior experience in working with large corporations / government agencies.

• Plans and designs appropriate curriculum for the organization's subject. Has hands-on knowledge of various cybersecurity tools for cybersecurity training.

• Develops, refines, and implements cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards.
