We are seeking a skilled Voice and Accent Trainer to join our team. As a Voice and Accent Trainer, you will be responsible for enhancing the communication skills of our employees, ensuring clarity, fluency, and correctness in spoken English, while also focusing on accent neutralization and cultural sensitivities.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver effective training programs to improve employees' English communication skills, focusing on pronunciation, intonation, grammar, and vocabulary.

2. Conduct assessments to identify areas of improvement for individuals or groups and provide feedback and coaching to help them refine their pronunciation, accent, and overall communication style.

3. Develop customized training materials and resources tailored to the needs of different departments or teams.

4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in language training and incorporate innovative teaching methodologies into training programs.

5. Collaborate with HR and department managers to assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

6. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and confidence-building among employees.

7. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, progress reports, and feedback to track individual and team development.

8. Continuously assess and improve training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, Communication, or related field.

2. Experience of 5 years as a Voice and Accent Trainer or similar role, preferably in a Call Centre and/or BPO set up.

3. Excellent command of the English language, with a clear, neutral accent and strong communication skills.

4. In-depth knowledge of phonetics, phonology, and language acquisition theories.

5. Experience in developing and delivering training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and interactive exercises.

6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of learners. very.

7. Flexibility to adapt training methods and content to meet the needs of different learning styles and proficiency levels.
