Responsibilities

1.Project Planning:- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.

2.Budget Management:- Create and manage project budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost efficiency throughout the construction process.

3. Team Leadership:-Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure collaboration and adherence to project goals.

4. Timeline Oversight:- Monitor project timelines, identifying potential delays, and implementing corrective measures to ensure timely project completion.

5. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:-Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the project progresses smoothly and within established parameters.

6. Regulatory Compliance:- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

7. Communication:-Foster effective communication between project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners, to ensure alignment on project objectives and milestones.

8. Quality Control:- :- Implement quality control measures to ensure construction work meets specified standards and client expectations.

9. Contract Management:-Oversee contract negotiations, manage vendor relationships, and ensure contractors adhere to agreed-upon terms and conditions.

10.Problem Resolution:- Address and resolve issues that arise during the construction process, finding practical solutions to keep the project on track.

11. Documentation:- Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and other relevant records.

12. Client Relationship Management:-Cultivate positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns and providing regular updates to ensure client satisfaction

13. Resource Allocation:- Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize project performance and cost-effectiveness.

14. Post-Construction Evaluation:-Conduct post-construction evaluations to assess project success, identify areas for improvement, and capture lessons learned for future projects.

15. Innovation and Technology Integration:-Stay informed about industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into project management practices.

Qualifications

B.Tech in civil engineering/Diploma in Civil Engineering
