Product Manager

Job Overview:

We are on the search for a proactive and visionary Product Manager with over 2 years of experience in product development and management, to play a pivotal role in our product journey from zero to one. This role requires not only expertise in JIRA for project management and SQL for data analysis but also a solid understanding of design principles and proficiency in design tools like Figma. The ideal candidate will be adept at bridging the gap between technical functionality and user-centric design to create products that meet market needs and exceed user expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead the end-to-end product development process, from concept through to launch, establishing and communicating clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Facilitate collaboration across engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure product milestones are achieved.

Utilize JIRA for comprehensive project tracking, task management, and team collaboration.

Conduct complex data analysis using SQL to drive product strategy and make informed decisions.

Engage in market research to identify user needs and market gaps, translating insights into actionable product features.

Employ a user-centered design approach, utilizing Figma and other design tools to prototype and validate product ideas.

Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to understand product performance and identify areas for improvement.

Effectively communicate product plans, benefits, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-focused company.

Demonstrated success in launching products from ground zero to market release.

Proficiency in JIRA for project management and SQL for data analytics.

A strong understanding of design principles and experience using design tools such as Figma, enabling effective collaboration with design teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed approach to decision-making.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to a diverse audience.

Knowledgeable in Agile methodologies and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the fintech sector or with SaaS products.

Familiarity with the latest trends in technology and a keen interest in following emerging product development practices.
