Management Information System Executive

Dear Candidate,

We have a requirement for MIS Executive for Isha Foundation, Coimbatore. The candidate should be good in reviewing operational processes, files and reports of all verticals in the Project.

Conversant in written and spoken English as well as spoken Tamil. Preferably with 2-3 Years of

work experience in accounting / data management / MIS & Reporting / Data Analytics. Please find below the job roles:

a.Assist in preparation of monthly operational review reports;

b.Periodic visits to nurseries to understand & study existing processes and suggest

improvements wherever required;

c.Assist in preparation of payment related reports;

d .Having good working knowledge of MS Office - MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point;

e.Learning of system softwares used for internal reporting - Appsheet, Google forms &

Google sheets or any other software;

f.Learning / Familiarise with and application of MS office excel formulas/functions - IF,

QUERY, SUMIF, FILTER, IMPORTRANGE, VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLES and other

relevant functions for preparation of reports;

g.Preparation, maintenance & updating of data in Excel & Google sheets;

h.Assisting in research work (search in Google or any other platforms) in relation to

Project’s objectives;

I.Any other activities connected with MIS / operations, as may be required from time to

time.

Candidate should have effective communication and interpersonal skills and should be willing to travel.
