Looking for an ECOMMERCE SPECIALIST for a UK based luxury garment brand!
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in ecommerce platforms to manage Online Storefronts
2. Digital Marketing
3. Customer Experience
4. Understanding of database management systems for inventory and customer data management
5. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to online purchases
6. Continuously optimizing the website to increase conversion rates and maximize sales. This may involve A/B testing, improving product page layouts etc.
Language Proficiency: English
Minimum experience in the field : 5 years
Preferably someone who has worked with apparel brands before and has an eye for fashion.
