Cancard Inc and Advaa Health area looking for an experienced, engaged, and hands-on healthcare marketing leader for the position of Sr Global Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing to help drive development, launch and successful commercialization of an innovative portfolio of digital healthcare products for global markets.

This position is a great opportunity for software engineers who are passionate about solving critical healthcare challenges, to learn and grow with the company. This position will have direct experience and exposure to customers in US, Canada, and other global markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Lead development and execution of commercial strategy. Work with business leaders, other commercial team members and partners to develop and execute global strategic plans for Cancard. The business plan should include a 5-year financial plan, including sales, investment plan, and profit goals for global business.

· Collaborate with cross functional team as well as partner companies to develop and help execute marketing strategy including portfolio plans, pricing strategies for global markets and key segments.

· Develop deep understanding of all market segments, customer needs, competitors, market size, growth rate and market share.

· Conduct primary and secondary research to understand unmet needs for each segment. Use actionable insights to develop commercial and portfolio plans to meet unmet customer needs and maintain competitive advantage to achieve sales and growth targets.

· Develop marketing mix strategy including development of in-house digital marketing capability.

· Implement sales and commercialization programs and technology platforms to improve execution and return on investment on marketing budgets.

· Grow Cancard ecommerce business by adding innovative products at competitive pricing. Establish and manage supplier and strategic partner relationships. Jointly develop sales, growth, and promotional plans to ensure strong alignment and support from partners.

· Develop brand strategy and guidelines for company and new products to keep Cancard and product brand fresh and improve product recall.

· Develop advertising budget along with mix of platforms - develop strong understanding key search words for all key products and segment and tweak digital advertisement plans accordingly to ensure a high ROI as well as effective and responsive strategy.

· Work with technical team to keep company website competitive. Use SEO tools to drive traffic to the website and conversion of these tools through ecommerce sales.

· Use SEO and other digital marketing techniques and tools to drive healthy lead generation and sales pipeline. Setup systems to ensure high conversion ratios from lead to sales.

· Manage and drive the inside selling team to develop strong lead pipeline and pre-sales customer need validation. Develop inside sales as key core capability.

· Develop, recruit, hire, manage, and mentor team members to develop a strong commercial team to drive and maintain a high level of performance and collaborative work environment.

· Manage Company and Deepak Sharma’s social media accounts to be consistent with overall company marketing strategy and plans.

· Lead and assist Company Leadership and Board of Directors in strategic and tactical projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred.

· Minimum 5 years of healthcare technology sales and / or marketing experience.

· Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience required.

· Hands on Expert level knowledge of content marketing, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, Google analytics, Google Ads development and deployment required.

· Must have strong communication written and oral English language skills with good awareness of US and Canadian consumer sensibilities.
