Analyst/Senior Analyst -Testing

Role: Senior Analyst Testing (ALIP)

Experience : 1 to 6yrs

Location :Trivandrum/Pune

Mandatory skills: ALIP(Accenture life Insurance platform), Manual Testing, Life Insurance

Objectives:

Act as a key point of contact for test management expertise, specialising in Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) & End to End testing of systems.

Understand knowledge and expertise held within the testing team and employ efficiently to actively manage testing as required during the request lifecycle.

Understand, strategize and apply various testing methodologies / styles, as required to manage testing across a wide range of differing project types within the rapidly changing retail environment.

Manage usage of a variety of testing tools to achieve optimum strategy and testing efficiency. Ensure the right tools are used at the right times on the right projects.

Help drive quality business analysis efforts to include a structured view on business requirement production and traceability through to user acceptance testing.

Manage projects and project resources to ensure the delivery of a high quality product in line with signed-off business requirements, and documented business process.

Ensure clear, timely and effective communication is maintained by the Test Team (team members and self) to all stakeholders.

Ensure that test execution, test reports and defects are produced and logged in accordance with the defined test process framework. Provide auditable test results and traceability of requirements coverage.

Own delivery responsibility for the project against all KPI, Audit and delivery framework mandated processes.

Identify, contribute to, and own delivery of improvement initiatives.

Qualification :

Bachelors Degree in Engineering (BE / BTech) or software-related technology (BCA/MCA/MS)

Strong communication with additional language skill preferred

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Strong knowledge in Life Insurance domain Fixed Annuity & Variable Annuity testing

3+ years experience in ALIP (Accenture Life Insurance Platform)

Test automation using Selenium / TOSCA / UFT

Scrum & Agile knowledge

SQL/Python knowledge (desirable)

ISTQB Foundation Certification

Testing & Project Management tools Polarian, HP ALM, JIRA, Confluence
