Ensure that there is an increase in the number of walk in and leads through CPs.
To understand the reason of cancellation of deal closure if any and make necessary changes in the process.
Contribution of CP in value (Rs. Cr) and volume achievements (units) as per the targets.
To ensure smooth registration, training certification and brokerage disbursal for CP
