Project Manager Civil

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Scheduling: Create and maintain project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and define project scope.

Project Execution and Management: Oversee all project phases, ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and monitor progress.

Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead project teams, foster a collaborative environment, and facilitate communication.

Budget and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.

Quality Assurance and Compliance: Implement quality control, ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively address issues.

Client Relations: Establish and maintain client relationships, provide regular updates and reports.

Required Qualification & Skill Set:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management within civil engineering/construction.

Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles.

Proficiency in project management software.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.

Understanding of contract management and negotiation.

Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
