Contracts Receivable Specialist – Remote Flexibility

Our client is an exciting nonprofit formed over 100 years ago!

Due to growth, they are hiring a Contracts Receivable Specialist in their DC location. This position is hybrid (4 days REMOTE, 1 day in office)!

This position is temporary, but for the right candidate could become permanent!

Overview of the Contracts Receivable Specialist role:

Creates invoices for an array of contracts and grants from local, state, federal, and private donors.

Activates awards, projects, activities in relation to the contract/grant.

Reconcile and analyze revenue/unbilled amounts monthly.

Ad hoc reporting/projects.

Preferred Qualifications for the Contracts Receivable Specialist:

3-5 years of Contracts/AR experience

Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Workday system experience is a PLUS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
