Key responsibilities

- Examine payments received and record deposits

- Care for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

- Sustain collections of historical records by organizing documents

- Manage and review general ledger

- Supervise bookkeeping policies and procedures, along with developing a framework to track financial transactions with an established chart of accounts

- Assemble financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

- Reconcile accounts by rectifying entries- Prior experience using accounting software

- Accounts receivables systems experience required

- Quickbooks Online experience desired

- Automated billing experience

- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
