Executive CFO and Human Resources Assistant

Reports To: CFO and Director of Human Resources

Position Status: Part Time 3 days a week.

Job Title: Executive CFO and Human Resources Assistant

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team

in the role of Part-Time Executive CFO and Human Resources Assistant. This

position offers the unique opportunity to provide support to both our Chief

Financial Officer (CFO) and our Director of Human Resources department in a

part-time capacity.

Job Description:

As the Part-Time Executive CFO and Human Resources Assistant, you will play a crucial

role in ensuring the efficient operation of our finance and HR functions. This

position requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a

proactive approach to handling various responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Executive CFO Support

Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and financial analyses.

Conduct research and gather information as needed to support financial projects and initiatives.

Assist with budget tracking, expense management, and other financial tasks as assigned.

Serve as a liaison between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders.

Human Resources Support

Provide support to the HR team in recruitment activities, including job postings and scheduling interviews.

Assist with new hire onboarding processes, including paperwork and orientation coordination.

Maintain accurate employee records and update HRIS (Human Resources Information System) as necessary.

Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and training activities

Requirements:

Associate degree in finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (in progress or completed)

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting executives and/or HR functions.

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Availability to work part-time hours, [mention hours per week or specific schedule]
