Duties & Responsibilities:

• Setup and breakdown stations

• Prep and roll dough

• Maintain all health, sanitation and safety standards

• Follow recipes on all prep and cook items

• Utilize kitchen utensils such knives, brushes, rollers and boards properly • Follow all prep and operations checklists

• Wash all restaurant tableware and equipment

• Maintain walk-in refrigerator in clean and sanitary condition • Work with POS, printer and tickets

• Work with high temperature oven

• Work with heavy and dangerous kitchen equipment
