Job Summary: Ally Behavior is looking for an Admissions Specialist who can support a variety of needs within the company's outreach department. The department is responsible for the company's overall growth, reaching children in need, and educating families of our community. Candidates for this role should expect to assist with the enrollment process at all stages and provide early enrollment stage support for the families we serve.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

Adhering to enrollment practices as it pertains to the education of the services we provide and moving families throughout the stages of enrollment

Taking ownership of the client enrollment pipeline

Understanding of the field of ABA and conveying how the services we offer may be of interest to a family or client in need

Assisting with and helping to improve the enrollment process and experience

Hitting set metrics related to company growth and enrollment

Supporting external and internal communications efforts that help enrich culture and experience for the families we serve

What You Will Bring:

The ability to juggle multiple projects at a time while maintaining professionalism and high quality written and oral communication skills

Our ideal candidate is an energetic, outgoing person looking to make vital contributions to a growing business

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as FreshSales, Salesforce or Hubspot

Track record of being assertive, organized, and effective when interacting with with referral sources and customers

Bachelor's Degree required (Public Relations, Marketing, Healthcare, and/or Communication with relevant experience)

You are compassionate and have a high EQ - we work with families who have children with developmental delays. You take pride in excellent customer service and patient experience.

You possess a deep desire to contribute to the company's traditional and non-traditional digital presence

You like to work really hard and aren't just collecting a paycheck and letting the time pass. Excellent performance and building something special is what you find most fulfilling in life. If you have a project on your plate, you won't stop because it's 5pm.

You are self-motivated and want to move up and grow with our ever-expanding company.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, always changing environment, and willingness to do whatever is needed to achieve our company's mission

Must be able to pass MD/VA state and FBI background check in addition to a sex offender background check

What We Offer When Joining Our Team:

Salaried, full-time position; starting salary ranges from $40,000 - $50,000 annually
